Shanda Renee Wheeler

Shanda Renee Wheeler, 49, of Winchester, passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at her home in Winchester.

Shanda was born on August 8, 1976, in Winchester, Indiana to the late Howard and Barbara Wheeler. She was a 1994 graduate of Winchester High School. She enjoyed attending concerts and was a dog lover.

Shanda is survived by three brothers, Chad Pugh, Kevin Pugh, and Rob Wheeler; a nephew, David Pugh; and a niece, Sierra Pugh.

Shanda will be cremated and there will be no public services.

Memorial contributions may be given to her family to aid in final expenses.
